We had an amazing experience. I recommend Kilburn Original to anyone who has a young person who wants piercings.

My 14 year old got 3 piecing done and was nervous before going in. Logan took exceptional care of her. She took her time to explain everything and made sure she was happy with the position in a reassuring and warm manner. Logan’s skill is apparent as the piecing was not painful, more of an of a sharpish unusual sensation.

Also thank you to the rest of the staff that equally were warm and welcoming.

Had a daith piercing removed and was talked thru the best options for replacement. Was made to feel very at ease as I was so nervous. Was talked thru every step and was quick and painless. Would recommend to anyone having a daith removal

A great experience! Staff was very kind and friendly. They answered questions I had about the piercing I was considering. Everything was clean and organised, felt very safe. Logan was amazing! Very professional and quick, very little pain. Aftercare was explained and I was even given a paper with instructions as well as an email just in case. Will definitely come back!

The whole experience was great.

The receptionist (sorry, I didn't catch your name), took me through all the paperwork and got me settled with some water pre-piercing. They even gave me advice about the best stud size for me lobe.

Logan was great, informative about the method and aftercare abs she gave me some advice on where to get great jewellery to boot.
